Terms of Use
Last updated: August 26, 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of FlowWall AI, including our websites, applications, visual workflow tools, generation studios, APIs, collaboration features, asset libraries, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). In these Terms, “FlowWall,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the person or entity operating the Service. “You” means the individual using the Service and, when you use the Service for an organization, that organization.
By creating an account, purchasing a plan or credits, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Copyright Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service for a company, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and that “you” includes it. You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
2. Accounts and security
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, access tokens, shared links, and connected accounts, and for activity conducted through your account unless caused by our breach of these Terms. Do not sell, rent, share, or transfer an account except through a feature we expressly provide.
Notify us promptly at flowwallai@outlook.com or through the official support channel available in the Service if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require reasonable verification before restoring access, changing ownership, or disclosing account information. Workspace owners and administrators may manage members, permissions, shared content, and activity within their workspace. If you join a workspace, you understand that its administrators may access and control workspace content and settings.
3. The Service and AI features
FlowWall provides creative tools that may use FlowWall technology and third-party artificial intelligence models, model providers, hosting providers, and compute services. Available models, model versions, prices, speed, quality, limits, and features may change. We may add, replace, suspend, or discontinue a model or feature, including when a provider changes its service or policy. We do not promise that a particular model or version will remain available.
AI systems are probabilistic. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, offensive, similar to content generated for others, or unsuitable for your intended use. You must review Outputs before relying on, publishing, distributing, or commercially using them. The Service is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other professional advice.
We may apply queues, rate limits, storage limits, file-size limits, concurrency limits, safety filters, provenance signals, or other technical controls. You may not evade them by using multiple accounts, automation, altered clients, or any other method.
4. Your Content and Outputs
“Your Content” means prompts, instructions, workflows, files, images, video, audio, text, models, comments, and other material you submit to the Service. “Output” means material generated or transformed by the Service in response to Your Content.
As between you and FlowWall, you retain the rights you have in Your Content. Subject to applicable law and any rights belonging to others, FlowWall assigns to you any rights FlowWall may have in your Output. AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright or other protection in every jurisdiction, and similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users. We do not represent that any Output is unique, non-infringing, or eligible for registration or exclusive ownership.
You grant FlowWall a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, process, adapt, display, and otherwise use Your Content and Outputs only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, moderate, and improve the Service; comply with law; enforce these Terms; and provide features you request. This license lasts for as long as needed for those purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy and legal retention duties.
Content you deliberately publish to a public gallery, template library, shared page, contest, or similar public area may be viewed, copied, remixed, or redistributed by others according to the controls and notices shown for that feature. You grant FlowWall the rights reasonably necessary to display, distribute, and promote that public content within and in connection with the Service. Making content private later may not remove copies already made by others or indexed outside our control.
When you deliberately make Content public or enable a reuse, remix, template, collaboration, or sharing feature, you authorize FlowWall and, where the feature indicates, other users to exercise the permissions reasonably required by that feature. Within the scope of the displayed controls, public Content may be used, stored, reproduced, distributed, adapted, displayed, and promoted on any device and in any media used to provide or promote the Service. This permission is worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and sublicensable only as needed to operate the relevant feature. It does not transfer ownership or grant any right that you do not possess, and it ends when no longer reasonably necessary for the feature, subject to copies already shared, legal retention, backups, and the rights of other users who relied on the permission while it was available.
Content you keep private will be made available according to the access and workspace controls shown in the Service. We use reasonable measures to protect private Content, but no online storage or transmission method is completely secure. You remain responsible for choosing appropriate sharing settings and keeping independent copies of important material.
You represent that you own Your Content or have every permission, license, consent, and release needed to submit it, process it with AI services, create the requested Output, and grant the licenses in these Terms. This includes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, voice, likeness, and data-protection rights.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all permissions needed for Your Content and intended uses of Outputs. Purchasing, downloading, accessing, or finding material online does not by itself give you permission to use it. Attribution does not replace permission where permission is required.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate content or conduct that:
- sexually exploits or endangers minors, or depicts minors in sexual or exploitative contexts, whether real or synthetic;
- creates or distributes non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or sexualized depictions of an identifiable person without valid consent;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
- impersonates, deceives, defrauds, harasses, threatens, stalks, defames, or unlawfully discriminates against a person;
- promotes terrorism, violent extremism, human trafficking, self-harm, or instructions for serious wrongdoing;
- contains malware, credential theft, phishing, destructive code, or instructions intended to compromise systems or safety;
- violates sanctions, export controls, court orders, or other applicable law; or
- falsely presents AI-generated or materially manipulated media as authentic where disclosure is required by law or necessary to avoid material deception.
You also understand and agree that your conduct and content must comply with applicable law and the Service's content and safety policies. You must not use the Service for unlawful or improper activities, including:
- endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, or misusing protected government information;
- harming national sovereignty, territorial integrity, or the lawful rights and interests of a country or its people;
- promoting terrorism or violent extremism, or inciting terrorist or extremist activity;
- inciting hatred or discrimination based on nationality, ethnicity, race, religion, region, or similar protected characteristics, or undermining social cohesion;
- spreading rumors or materially false information in a manner that causes unlawful disruption to economic or social order, or manipulating public debate to defraud or materially deceive others;
- distributing obscene or pornographic content, gambling services, illegal drugs, graphic violence, gore, murder, terrorism, or instructions that encourage or facilitate serious crimes;
- distributing vulgar, degrading, exploitative fetish, or otherwise seriously harmful content that threatens the physical or mental well-being of a person or violates public order or generally applicable standards of decency;
- insulting, defaming, threatening, or otherwise unlawfully harming another person's reputation, privacy, likeness, or other legal rights; or
- engaging in any other content or conduct prohibited by applicable law or a binding order of a competent authority.
Subject to applicable age restrictions, account settings, safety review, and any stricter provider or model rules, the Service may support a limited range of mature or R-rated themes, such as adult themes, partial nudity, swimwear, sexual suggestion, or graphic violence. This does not permit explicit sexual acts, sexual exploitation, content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or sexualized depictions of an identifiable person without valid consent. We may restrict, blur, refuse, remove, or limit the visibility of mature content at any time.
You also must not scrape the Service; reverse engineer or bypass its protections except where law expressly permits; interfere with infrastructure or other users; probe for vulnerabilities without authorization; resell access without our written permission; remove proprietary or provenance notices; use stolen credentials; submit another person’s sensitive personal information without authority; or use Outputs to train or improve a competing AI model where prohibited by an applicable model provider’s terms.
If you submit media containing a real person’s face or voice, you must have a lawful basis and all required permissions. Do not use the Service to identify, authenticate, or infer highly sensitive traits about a person from biometric characteristics. Do not submit government identifiers, passwords, payment-card data, health records, or other highly sensitive data unless a feature expressly requests it and provides appropriate safeguards.
6. Moderation and enforcement
We may use automated systems and human review to detect abuse, enforce policies, respond to reports, and protect the Service. We may refuse or stop processing, limit visibility, remove content, preserve evidence, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, or report apparent unlawful conduct when reasonably necessary. We are not obligated to monitor all content and do not endorse user content merely because it appears on the Service.
When practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. We may act without advance notice when content presents an urgent risk, the law requires it, notice could undermine an investigation, or repeated or serious violations occur.
7. Third-party services and model providers
The Service may connect to payment processors, identity providers, storage providers, collaboration tools, model providers, or other third-party services. Their products are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. When you select or use a third-party model or integration, additional provider restrictions may apply; the more restrictive rule governs that feature. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
You authorize us to transmit Your Content and relevant technical information to the providers needed to complete your request, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not connect an account or submit material unless you are permitted to share it with those providers.
8. Plans, subscriptions, credits, billing, and taxes
Subscription plans and benefits may differ by tier, billing period, region, platform, model availability, or other conditions shown at purchase. The purchase page describes the benefits then included in a plan. We may add, adjust, replace, or discontinue future plan offerings, benefit packages, prices, credit rates, or billing methods as the Service changes. Where required, we will provide appropriate notice before a material change applies to an existing paid period.
A subscription term begins when payment is successfully completed and continues for the billing period shown at purchase. Subscriptions and their benefits are tied to your account. Unless FlowWall expressly permits it, you may not sell, share, rent, transfer, or otherwise make a subscription or its benefits available to another person. You are responsible for protecting your account and for charges and use authorized through it.
Promotions may be temporary, limited, conditional, and non-combinable. Promotional prices, trial access, bonus credits, complimentary benefits, or limited-time offers apply only under the rules displayed for that promotion and may expire or end when its stated conditions are no longer met.
Prices, included features, credit consumption, usage limits, and billing periods are shown at purchase. Generation estimates are estimates; the authoritative usage record is the metering recorded by the Service. Credits are a limited contractual right to use eligible Service features. They are not money, deposits, stored value, or property, have no cash value, are non-transferable unless we expressly allow it, and may expire as disclosed at purchase or when an account is closed.
You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for purchases, renewals, taxes, and disclosed fees. You are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes on our income. We may change future pricing or credit rates with notice appropriate to the change. Price changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases.
You must not obtain or use plans, credits, promotions, or subscription benefits through fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized automation, exploitation of errors, manipulation of usage or transaction records, or circumvention of technical or account restrictions. We may correct erroneous allocations and restrict affected benefits where reasonably necessary, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Subscriptions, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel using the account or billing controls provided by the Service. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; it does not delete your account or content.
You understand and agree that FlowWall subscription fees are consideration for the subscription service you purchase. They are not a prepayment, deposit, security deposit, savings product, or stored-value account. Except where the checkout page or these Terms expressly state otherwise, applicable law requires otherwise, or FlowWall otherwise agrees to a refund, a subscription service is non-refundable once activated. An exception may apply where a material defect in the subscription service made it completely unusable from the outset. Credit purchases and consumed, promotional, complimentary, or other non-cash benefits are likewise non-refundable except where applicable law or the terms displayed at purchase require otherwise.
Cancellation affects future renewals only and does not by itself reverse a completed charge or shorten the current paid period. Expiration or cancellation of a subscription ends the associated benefits at the end of the applicable paid period unless the Service states otherwise. Nothing in this section excludes or limits a cancellation, cooling-off, refund, charge-dispute, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. FlowWall intellectual property
The Service, including its software, interface, design, documentation, trademarks, logos, and proprietary models, is owned by FlowWall or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes. No other license is granted by implication.
Third-party software, models, media, and other materials remain owned by their respective rights holders and may be subject to separate license terms. Your right to access the Service does not grant you ownership of, or permission to extract, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit, any Service element except as these Terms, a displayed license, or applicable law expressly permits.
FlowWall names, logos, product names, interface elements, and other source identifiers may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without our prior written permission. You may not remove or alter copyright, trademark, license, watermark, attribution, or provenance notices included in the Service or applicable content.
If you provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
11. Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to sufficiently complete infringement notices. Our notice, counter-notice, and repeat-infringer procedures are described in the Copyright Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
12. Suspension, termination, and data export
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through the available account or support controls. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, risk to the Service or others, non-payment, legal requirements, provider restrictions, or discontinuation of the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. You should keep independent copies of important content and Outputs. We do not guarantee indefinite storage or recovery. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, licenses needed for retained copies, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms—will survive.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and Outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.” FlowWall disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, and warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, error-free operation; preservation of data; availability of a model; or accuracy, legality, uniqueness, or suitability of any Output.
Service availability, speed, quality, and compatibility may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, third-party providers, device compatibility, software versions, regional restrictions, demand, safety controls, legal requirements, and events beyond our reasonable control. We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any model, feature, storage option, or part of the Service. We do not guarantee that any particular feature, model, format, integration, or item of content will remain available or work with every device or workflow.
AI systems and user-provided models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, unexpected, or similar results. Safety filters and moderation may fail to identify every prohibited item or may restrict permitted material. FlowWall does not endorse user content and has no general duty to monitor every prompt, upload, Output, public post, link, or interaction. You must independently evaluate Outputs, verify important information, obtain required rights and consents, and decide whether a result is appropriate for publication, distribution, or commercial use.
The Service is not intended to be your sole archive. You are responsible for keeping independent backup copies of Your Content, Outputs, workflows, account records, and other important material. Deletion, expiration, suspension, technical failure, provider action, or changes to the Service may make material unavailable, and recovery may not be possible.
Third-party services, links, integrations, payment systems, model providers, and content are outside our control. FlowWall does not warrant or assume responsibility for their availability, security, accuracy, conduct, products, policies, or performance. Your dealings with another user or third party are between you and that party.
Information and Outputs provided through the Service are for general creative and informational use and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, investment, employment, safety, or other professional advice. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional when your intended use involves material risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowWall and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or compensation, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, content, or other tangible or intangible losses, arising from or relating to:
- the use of or inability to use the Service;
- any content, product, information, material, or service purchased, generated, received, or otherwise obtained through the Service;
- unauthorized access to or alteration of Your Content or data;
- the statements, conduct, products, or services of another user or third party;
- your authorization of a third-party application, integration, or service to access or use the Service or Your Content;
- interruption, suspension, modification, discontinuation, deletion, failed delivery, or failure to store any part of the Service, Your Content, communications, settings, or Outputs; or
- any other matter relating to the Service or these Terms.
These exclusions apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if FlowWall was advised that the loss or damage was possible. You are responsible for disputes or losses resulting from access you authorize for another person or third party.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FlowWall and its affiliates, personnel, licensors, and providers from third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from Your Content, your use of Outputs, your violation of these Terms or law, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by FlowWall’s own unlawful conduct.
16. Disputes and governing rules
Before filing a formal claim, you and FlowWall agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute by emailing flowwallai@outlook.com or using the official support channel, and allowing at least 30 days after a written notice describing the issue and requested resolution. Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief to protect security, confidential information, or intellectual-property rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws that validly apply to the operator of the Service and your relationship with it, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Courts or dispute-resolution bodies with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Nothing in this section requires arbitration or waives class, jury, or consumer rights unless you separately agree to a legally valid supplemental term that clearly says so.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, providers, law, safety practices, or business operations. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the Service or an account contact method when required. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Service before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
18. General
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Copyright Policy, and any feature-specific terms presented to you form the entire agreement for the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary and the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service. We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.
19. Contact
Questions, complaints, legal notices, and account requests may be emailed to flowwallai@outlook.com or submitted through the official customer-support or feedback channel identified in the Service. A notice must include enough information for us to understand the request, locate the relevant account or content, and respond securely. Copyright notices must follow the separate Copyright Policy.
